Do I have to pay sales tax?
	You only have to pay sales tax if you purchase items that are shipped into New York State. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped in New York State. Certain purchasers are tax exempt for these shipments if they provide proper tax exempt documentation. United States Government, State Government, Local Government, Non-profits, and authorized resellers will be exempt from the above mentioned sales tax upon providing a copy of one of the following:   Federal tax ID certificate     Certificate of exempt status   Photocopy of qualified U.S. Government Credit Card (Smart Pay Card)   Government Purchase Order

When will my credit appear on my account?
	Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
	Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
